Auto Save Functionality

Within the Suitability Wizard

Changes within your report or template are automatically saved when moving to the next page.

Remember you will still need to click the save icon to save changes on a page if you have made amendments before exiting.

A notification message appears when your progress has been saved.

Sample Templates

We have created a new ‘Sample Templates’ tab and added three initial sample templates, namely ISA, Pension Switch and Repayment Mortgage and Protection. It is our intention to add more sample templates in coming weeks. This gives users more choice by offering simple out of the box solutions and/or quicker customisation of requirements.

Report Output Section Spacing Improved

Generated Suitability Report

We have reviewed the spacing between each section within the generated reports to remove any erroneous line spaces.

Lifetime Mortgage options added to Financial Details Summary Appendix

Selected from the Report Builder → Introduction to Advice → Financial Details Summary → Summary of the Client(s) Personal & Financial Circumstances.

New options have been added to the ‘Mortgage Type’ dropdown to cater for clients with existing Lifetime Mortgages.

Replaced ‘Key Facts’ with ‘Information’

Selected from the Report Builder → Introduction to Advice → Background to our Meeting → Select Documents Issued.

As ‘Key Facts’ disclosure documents are disappearing we have replaced the term with the more generic description of ‘Information’.

Additional Investment Products:

Cash Lifetime ISA

Stocks & Shares Lifetime ISA

Selected from the Report Builder → Investment Advice → Recommended Plan → Product.

We continue to add new products throughout the system. These options coincide with the launch of the new Lifetime ISA.

NISA changed to ISA and references to ‘New’ removed.

Selected from the Report Builder → Investment Advice → Recommended Plan → Product.

We have removed the term ‘New’ from traditional Stocks & Shares ISAs throughout the report and glossary of terms.

‘Whole of Market’ text option removed from Platform Recommendation sections.

Previously selected from Platform pages within Investment and Retirement Advice sections.

These aspects are normally covered elsewhere in the sales process.

Charges section updated with further options

Selected from the Report Builder → Plans (Recommended Plan) → Charges

When including the Charges section within Investment or Retirement Advice we now calculate separate values to base the ‘Initial’ and ‘Annual’ charges on.  These values take into consideration all contribution types being recommended.

Product Type – Mortgage

Multiple Mortgage Recommendations now Supported

Selected from the Report Builder → Mortgage Advice

If you select these options, output text is presented in the report under Mortgage Advice.

We have brought the Mortgage Recommendation section in line with the other recommendation areas by splitting out Overall advice from Per Plan advice.  This enhancement allows multiple mortgage recommendations to be made within the same suitability report.

Important: if you have existing mortgage reports in progress or mortgage based templates you will need to select the ‘Mortgage Lender’ option in either the Section Builder or Plan Builder to be able to record information regarding the Lender.
