FOS Change of Address

The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) is ‘moving house’.

FOS’s main office at South Quay, East London, where they’ve been for 15 years, is soon to be demolished to make way for a 73 storey tower dubbed “the Toothpick”.

FOS’s new registered address is:

Financial Ombudsman Service
Exchange Tower
London
E14 9SR.

Post sent to the old address will continue to be forwarded to the new address for the foreseeable future. Phone numbers and email addresses remain unchanged.

The FOS consumer leaflet which must be sent with all complaint final outcome letters (more information here) has been updated.

Update disclosure documentation, initial disclosure documents, terms of business, etc with the new address;
There is no need to throw away consumer leaflets for the time being, so old stock can be used up, although you should order new leaflets within what FOS describe as ‘a sensible period of time’.
