The revised SDLT rates are available in the optional Glossary of Terms when making Mortgage Recommendations. Please note – following the budget announcement further changes will be made to the content of our report writing application in readiness for the 2025/26 tax year.
As always, our friendly support team are available 9am – 5pm / Mon – Fri to answer any further questions you may have support@atebsuitability.co.uk / 0191 338 8177.
